Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior head chef to work at our Hackness Grange Country House Hotel in Hackness Village, Scarborough, to join the team and make a difference. Must have a passion and enthusiasm for great food and for delivering excellent quality and fantastic service. Will be responsible for preparation of all foods required for staff and visitors. Duties also include leading and developing the team, deputising for the manager and ensuring high standards. Will also assist the management with planning menus, rotas, orders, checking and storing deliveries and maintaining stock control procedures.
